Writing Quotes to Inspire You!
Hey friend! I don't know about you, but I think it's important to get advice from other writers who are ahead of you in the process.
One of my favorite ways to do this is find quotes in novels and other books by authors who either write in my genre, write similar to I do, or have the same values as me.
So, without further ado, here are five quotes to help you become a better writer!
- "Write about what interests you. If you are only interested in writing, you will have nothing to write about." -C.S. Lewis
- "Because it is so likely that [children] will meet cruel enemies, let them at least have heard of brave knights and heroic courage." -C.S. Lewis
- "The greatest things are accomplished when there's hard work." -Chuck Black
- "It's wrong to do nothing when you have the power to do something." -Chuck Black
- "You have a unique story." -S.D. Smith
And...there you have it! Yes, the five quotes were only from three authors, but they are three of my favorites. And I would definitely recommend their books!
Which of these quotes stuck out to you the most? Which one inspired you? Don't hesitate to hit reply and let me know! I love to hear from my readers!!
For His Glory,
Caitlyn⚔️
