Time to Write!

I don't know about y'all, but there's just something about the Christmas season that makes it all the more fun to write. Just sitting under the Christmas tree, with sparkling lights and a hot cocoa in hand can give you so much inspiration.

So...it's time for (more) writing prompts!

Lucky for you, I've come up with prompts for multiple genres, yet all are cozy and Christmas-y! Here you go!

Fantasy: You've been dropped into a wintry world (like Narnia), except each snowflake on the ground is a tear cried by the dragon king who rules the realm.

Science-Fiction: Your main character is being forced to go on a space mission, and you decide whether or not they will be home in time for Christmas.

Historical Fiction: Write about a young girl or boy struggling to find joy at Christmas during a war.

Contemporary: Go to a store selling Christmas ornaments and take pictures of three of them. These each hold significant meaning in your story.

Non-Fiction: Research a Christmas tradition and write a blog article about its origins.
